Run in your own way. Acknowledge your pains, do not deny them, but run in a way that will keep you in the race long enough to win the price. Nice piece Mo Isu. 👌🏽 Keep it up!
I’ve watched both my mother and sister deal with chronic pain, so I understand what you’re dealing with. Anyone who can get up and go despite that pain has my admiration.
I once read that yoga (Indian yoga, not westernised yoga) says that the body needs rest, and the yoga routine incorporates this.
Hi Mo, I hope better ways to manage the pain come your way. I'm so glad you're running again. The concept of sustainability you explain with your run is truly appealling. For some of us, it really takes the pressure of. Helps with enjoying the journey.
"Unlimited growth is the logic of a cancer"... I hadn't heard that before but it honestly makes so much sense.

This made me think a lot about ambition, how much I used to stretch myself, and how much I have thought of slowing down recently.
The persistency was key for me.... Painful how you had to let go on something that seems like your whole life and charm. Well done Mo Isu😃
